Module 1: Your Sequence Intention
Module 1 is where your journey into The Yoga Sequencing Solution begins.
We introduce the first essential building block to creating safe and successful sequences: your intention. Having a clear intended objective for any yoga class is where science-based sequencing starts.Â
This module lays the essential groundwork for everything that follows. It helps you get clear on what you're teaching, why it matters, and how to deliver it with purpose, confidence, and impact.Â

Module 2: The Nervous SystemÂ
Understanding and engaging the nervous system is your teaching superpower.
In this module, we explore the second essential building block of intelligent sequencing: nervous system engagement. It all begins in the arrival phase - where your students' sense of safety is established through physiological and functional preparation. You'll gain practical tools to bring this theory to life and guide your students with greater confidence.Â

Module 3: Breath Integration
Ever wondered how breath truly works within postures? And how to weave it safely and effectively into your sequences?
In this module, we build on everything covered so far and dive into the third essential element of safe and effective sequencing:Â breath integration. When breath is fully integrated, it becomes the foundation for stable, fluid movement. You'll learn practical techniques to bring the theory to life and embody it on the mat.

Module 4: Mobilizing Anatomy
As yoga teachers, one of our key responsibilities is to keep our students safe. Regardless of the style you teach, how you prepare students for movement plays a vital role in minimizing the risk of injury.
In this module, we build on previous learning and introduce the fourth essential element of safe and effective sequencing: mobilizing anatomy.
We share the formula to mobilizing anatomy to help avoid overload and injury. We introduce practical techniques that bring the theory to lifeâso both you and your students can benefit. Youâll also discover how to safely and confidently progress your students in any asana.

Module 5: Core Stability Activation
Strength is a vital component of overall fitness - especially as we age. In theory, a yoga practice should support the development of strength. But without adequate preparation early in a class, this potential can be lost or even lead to injury.
In this module, we build on previous learning to explore the fifth essential element for creating safe and stable postural conditions: core stability activation.
Youâll discover our evidence-based approach for promoting safe, fluid, and efficient movement throughout your sequences. No matter the style of yoga you teachâor the ability and age of your studentsâyouâll learn our simple formula for designing sequences that build strength.

Module 6: Recovery & Bringing It All Together
The end of a yoga class is more than just Savasana or restâitâs recovery, a vital phase that supports the adaptation of our muscles, nervous system, and overall physiology. True strength isnât built during the physical practice itself, but during this Recovery phase. Without time to integrate and replenish, the intention behind your sequence can be lost.
In this final module, we focus on the art of recovery and how to close your class effectivelyâleaving your students to step off the mat feeling the full benefit of your brilliant teaching.
