Hayley is also founder of the Institute of Yoga Sports Science® (YSS), and has 30 years of experience as a yoga educator, and a pioneer in both yoga and sports performance, and online learning. Hayley provides advanced teacher training and continuing education for yoga professionals. Her unique approach combines her background in art (Animation degree) with science (Master’s in Sports and Exercise Biomechanics). She is co-author of The Yoga Sequencing Playbook and The Yoga Sequencing Solution.
Annelize Ferreira
Co-Founder: The School of Yoga Sequencing
Annelize is also the Consultant Physiotherapist for the Institute of Yoga Sports Science® (YSS). With a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Medicine and a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, strength and conditioning rehabilitation, and biomechanics. She has expanded her expertise into somatic energy medicine, enhancing her ability to facilitate the mind-body-spirit connection. She is co-author of The Yoga Sequencing Playbook and The Yoga Sequencing Solution.
Lilly Winter
Creative Director
Lilly is a yoga teacher and graduate of the Institute of Yoga Sports Science® (YSS). Introduced to yoga by her mother, Hayley, she began her practice at seven years old. As a creative director and photographer, Lilly brings her artistic vision to life, blending art, music, and movement. Based between New York and Lisbon, she skillfully unlocks creativity, inspiring others through her dynamic and innovative approaches.
